I got a speeding ticket in Arkansas, but I have a Texas driver's license and my insurance is in Texas. I'm taking defensive driving to keep my insurance from going up. Which state do I need to take defensive driving in, Texas or Arkansas?I'm a college student, so I spend my time about half and half in each state. It's hard to say which one I technically live in.
Can you use defensive driving to cover two traffic tickets?
TEXAS I recently was pulled over twice in a close amount of time for speeding, in two different counties. For one, I had it dismissed via " Driving Safety" course. For the next, I couldn't do the same option since it was so close together. So I did Deferred Adjudication, which was more expensive, but got it off my record and still requires me to take defensive driving. Since they are two different tickets in two different counties and taken care of two different ways, can I use one Defensive Driving course to satisfy the conditions for both? Thanks C

In Texas. and what if you get another ticket right after finishing up defensive driving and turning all your papers in.Hey ron mexI'm glad someone has tried to answer this question to me. But what i saw on my affidavit was that i was not to commit another crime against the US and state until 180 days later... but somehow i made another mistake in getting a traffic ticket in crossing a solid white line. Will this mean, that ticket that i took DD for will now show up on my record?

i received a ticket in one state texas and did defensive driving, i got another ticket in another state indiana . can i do defensive driving again?
